The ATLANTIC model can be supplied in several versions: with single or three-phase electric motor, with petrol or diesel engine. BREATHING AIR is a range of high pressure compressors, which includes several models designed and manufactured by NARDI COMPRESSORI to supply breathing air for filling scuba cylinders. The ATLANTIC model is a highly efficient and mechanically strong compressor, yet compact and easily portable.

COMPRESSOR BLOCK QUALITYThe compressor block, or pump unit, is the heart of the ATLANTIC compressor. It is a key component in which NARDI has put a great deal of engineering effort. Its strengths include the use of lightweight alloys with high thermal efficiency. The aluminium alloys, which are also used for the construction of the compressor block and all components, are made of corrosion-resistant materials with fast heat dissipation.

FRAME EFFICIENCYThe frame is designed to minimize weight and size, making the compressor lightweight and portable. It has an aluminum frame coated with powder coated epoxy paint. The powder coating and stainless steel components protect the compressor from corrosion even in marine environments.

PURITY OF FILTRATIONThe compressor is equipped with a filter and separator to guarantee the quality of the breathing air in accordance with UNI EN 12021:2014 standards.

SAVINGSEverything in the compressor is designed to optimize both operating and labour costs. When operating the compressor, thanks to the automatic condensate drain designed by NARDI, equipped with the unique patented SLOW FLOW SYSTEM, the amount of gas discharged is reduced, allowing savings of up to 80% when compressing the entire system.

FILLING VALVESThe compressor is supplied with high pressure filling valves that have several different connectors for both 200 bar and 300 bar. These components are very easy to use. A simple turn of a knob is all it takes to close off the air passage and the valve decompresses to allow the cylinder to be disconnected. All the shaft bearings are made in Europe and their high quality ensures a longer life for the compressor.

Compressed air cooling is provided by inter-step cooling using aluminium and stainless steel cooling coils. It is a small compressor with four stages of compression, and all piston rings are made of cast iron to guarantee high performance over time.
