Reliable continuous mixing equipment "mixer" for production of Nitrox mixtures in professional "GENIUS" design. Ideal for frequent "mixing" in filling plants or safari boats.
The mixing device is connected between a compressed oxygen bottle and a high pressure compressor. It ensures precise mixing of the correct set medium, which is then sucked up by the compressor, compressed and squeezed into the pressurized diving cylinder.
This method of mixing mixtures is not only very safe, but is also easy to operate and maintain the system.
Every molecule of each oxygen cylinder is used to the last molecule. No more boosters or expensive "waste".
The mixer is limited to 40% oxygen in the mixture. The limit can be increased to 50% on request (if legislation at the point of use allows).
The compressor of any brand used may have a capacity from 100 to 600 l/min. The mixer is fully air permeable when not in use and therefore air filling is not impeded in any way.
Supplied with all necessary accessories - stainless steel mixer itself with integrated oxygen analyzer, air intake filter, hoses, oxygen control valve and Nitrox mixing table.
The GENIUS kit includes safety audible alarms, ensuring the 42% oxygen content of the mixture is not exceeded, and a mixing program to simulate a dive or calculation to adjust according to the remaining pressure and mixture in the cylinder. The display also provides information on the status of the oxygen sensor. 24 volt power supply.
Continuous supervision is required.
