Voucher for a diving lesson for children

Diving lesson will teach children the basics of breathing diving, but they will also have the opportunity to learn and try something from the world of instrument diving. In a playful way, they will be able to try out what diving is all about and try breathing from the apparatus. The diving lessons are designed for children from six to twelve years old.

The diving lessons for children are held in the diving pit at Aquapalace Praha in Čestlice and are led by experienced diving instructors.

The lessons must be booked in advance at adela(a)divers.cz.

Details:

• participants must be able to swim
• we recommend bringing your own diving goggles - mask (we will be happy to advise you on their selection directly in our Divers Direct shop in the lobby of the water park,
• Parent accompaniment to lessons is not possible, parents can wait for their children in the comfort of the café on the ground floor

Lesson outline:

Each scuba diving lesson for kids will focus on different skills and activities in the water, such as:

• snorkelling and the basics of freediving - breath-hold diving
• swimming and fin diving
• human body function underwater and safety
• basics of instrument diving

Children will try out different skills in a playful way.
