SeaLife SportDiver ULTRA case

SeaLife SportDiver is a compact and lightweight underwater smartphone housing. The SportDiver case will allow divers to take photos and videos with their smartphone at depths up to 40 meters.The case can accommodate most Android models including all larger Samsung S Ultra series and Google Pixel/Pixel Pro series models and all iPhones from iPhone 8 to iPhone 15 Pro Max.The free SportDiver app is available in the Apple Store or Play Store and works with current and previous generation operating systems.

The case is made of polycarbonate, stainless steel, aluminum and optical glass. And while the SportDiver Ultra case is "heavy duty," it's not heavy, weighing less than 808 grams, is lightweight for travel, and offers near-neutral buoyancy in the water depending on the smartphone model used.

The SportDiver case is easy to hold and use, and features a large trigger lever and rear control buttons for easy operation even with diving gloves. Snorkelers and divers can be more creative when taking photos or videos with the advanced camera settings*. Adjust zoom, exposure (EV), auto/manual focus, white balance, tint, lens selection, RAW+JPEG mode, live photo and background blur (on available phone models).

The SportDiver case includes the free SportDiver app, which unlike other smartphone apps, contains no annoying in-app purchases or ads. You can easily switch between photo and video mode. The SportDiver app uses your phone's camera technology, which is native to every phone model. The app supports current and previous operating system versions, and the app is updated as new operating system versions are released.

In the SportDiver app's playback mode, full-size photos and videos are displayed with a vertical thumbnail bar for easy image search. Videos start playing automatically when selected. All files are saved in the same folder as the phone automatically stores them when you take photos and videos with it. The SportDiver case automatically connects to your smartphone and the SportDiver app using Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5 wireless technology. No cables or buttons touch the phone and it offers extremely low power consumption for both the phone and the case, which is powered by two AAA batteries with over 50 hours of continuous use.

For better image results, the SportDiver case includes a removable color correction filter that restores natural colors underwater. The filter is easy to attach or remove underwater and includes a safety strap to prevent loss. The SportDiver Ultra case features seven 1/4-20 tripod mounts that allow it to be attached to any light or light base with a standard tripod thread, such as the SeaLife Sea Dragon line of underwater photo/video lights.

For safety and protection of your phone, the SportDiver features a sturdy coil spring and rubber grips that securely hold your smartphone in place and protect it from impact. The SportDiver has "dual leak alarms" that include an internal moisture alarm and a vacuum pressure alarm that will alert the diver with an on-screen warning, sound and LED signal in the unlikely event that the waterproofing is compromised and a loss of case pressure or moisture is detected. The SportDiver's door is sealed with a TPE O-ring and a sturdy cam-lock seal that easily and securely locks the watertight door. To prevent fogging of the interior due to residual moisture, the SportDiver model uses an anti-fog "Moisture Muncher" capsule to prevent fogging and internal condensation.

Important:Some settings may not be available depending on the make/model of your phone. Settings may be locked or inaccessible depending on conflicting settings. For example, the Portrait (Background Blur) setting is only available on iPhones with multiple lenses. Lens selection settings may not include all available phone lenses; telephoto is not available for Android phones.Check the Apple Store and Play store for updates to the SportDiver app.
