EXTRA FLOW VALVE - Safety valve with limited flow
The Extra Flow Valve is an advanced cylinder safety solution designed for emergency situations where mechanical damage to the valve occurs.
Valve Damage Protection
In the event of a cylinder drop and valve breakage, the system automatically reacts and limits uncontrolled gas leakage that could otherwise create a dangerous reactionary draft.
Automatic Flow Control
An integrated ball and calibrated spring mechanism partially closes the flow channel when the valve is damaged. This significantly reduces the flow rate of the medium.
Controlled pressure relief
A micro orifice in the system allows controlled gas leakage with minimal flow, ensuring safe pressure relief without creating dangerous forces.
