Description

The Zoggs Pull Buoy was developed to strengthen the hull and improve arm technique. The ergonomic design ensures that the float sits comfortably between the thighs and holds the legs in place. The float can also be fixed between the ankles, which makes training the torso even more challenging when trying to keep the body in the correct position while swimming. To further stiffen the torso and improve kick technique, the Zoggs Pull Buoy is best used with swim packs.
