Description
Swimmers snorkel allows the swimmer to focus on body balance, head position and stroke technique by eliminating the rotation of the breathing cycle. Snorkel breathing increases lung capacity for optimal oxygen uptake. Normal training with a snorkel increases CO2 tolerance and max VO2, as well as providing the equivalent benefit of altitude training when used in conjunction with a cardio tank. It can be used with any swim goggles. We offer this snorkel in two colors, yellow or pink.
It comes in two sizes:
- Sr. - 12 years of age and up
- Jr. - up to 12 years of age (5 cm shorter than Sr.)
