Snorkel FREESTYLE

It is not recommended for use in bow tie and breaststroke style training as water may get in. It is designed to use the centrifugal forces created during turns, which will greatly reduce water entering the tube. The freestyle snorkel will allow the swimmer to maintain a natural and rhythmic breathing pattern, leading to an easier time achieving proper body position. It does not contain a valve for water leakage. This increases lung capacity and results in increased CO2 tolerance and VO2 max compared to using a snorkel with a valve. These snorkels are fully compatible with the Cardio Cap attachment for simulating altitude training.
