Diver Alert - Surface Marker Buoy

The Diver Alert buoy is designed for maximum diver safety during decompression stops and drift dives. With a length of 1 m and a reflective stripe, it provides high visibility at the surface. Inflation can be done by mouth, by inflator (LP hose) or via octopus (backup automatic) thanks to a check valve ("duck beak") that prevents gas leakage when the buoy is erected.

  • Length: approximately 1 m (3.3 ft)
  • Lift: approximately 2.7 kg (6 lb)
  • Ventilation: closed-circuit valve + pressure relief OPV
  • Inflation: by mouth, inflator or octopus via check valve ("duck bill")
  • Material: durable nylon with reflective elements
  • Use: decompression stop, drift dives, rescue signals
