The pneumatically balanced second stage ensures smooth and easy breathing.

The XTX's flush buttons are large and easy to operate. A two-stage progressive flush is used - pressing the flush on the side to achieve a lower flow rate, which is useful where more control is required, e.g. when filling lift bags etc., and then pressing in the middle to achieve the full flushing effect, i.e. when cleaning the regulator etc.

The large venturi lever has a soft rubber grip to make it easy to position and use. The lever reduces the amount of dirt ingress and therefore resists any possible friction, ensuring smooth operation.

Easy to grip breathing resistance control knob gives the diver control over the regulator's performance.

The second stage is made with active infection protection as all molded parts are made with an additive that kills MRSA, protects against E-Coli, bacteria and mold and is also very effective against viruses, fungi, yeast and algae.

The silicone exhaust valve improves the breathing performance of the regulator. the Comfo-bite™ mouthpiece virtually eliminates jaw fatigue. the heat exchanger (patented) that surrounds the valve mechanism dissipates the cold caused by gas expansion while drawing in the heat of the surrounding water.
