All headset/microphone assemblies now feature an improved design that includes: a new PTT circuit, an added Kevlar strength element to increase the durability of the Hi-Use cable, improved length and strength of the headset cable, as well as the new ME-150 microphone

The headset/microphone assemblies are designed to allow the user to connect either hard cable communication or over-the-water communication to a helmet or full-face mask (ffm). Due to the many types of ffm's on the market, we offer a wide variety.

Custom headset/microphone (E/M) assemblies can be made upon request. However, off-the-shelf assemblies will be more readily available.In addition to supporting a variety of installation methods for individual FFMs, E/M assemblies can be configured with either of the following two microphone elements:ME-150 Hot Mic® NEW noise-canceling, saltwater, pressure-resistant, studio-quality microphone.ME-16R Hot Mic® noise-canceling, saltwater-resistant, pressure-resistant, studio-quality microphone.
