The Nuvair 9507M replacement oxygen sensor is for use with the Nuvair Pro O2 Alarm (both handheld and panel mount models) oxygen analyzer and Nuvair Pro Trimix gas analyzer.
The cornerstone of X-Tex® thermal insulation is Finnfill fibres, which have been developed by Finnpile OY in cooperation with the most renowned research institutes and polymer manufacturers. Among the most important properties of the insulation fibres are their dimensional stability, their unbreakability and their ability to bind air molecules, which actually insulates you. The structure of Finnfill fibres is completely unique in its specific construction.

Less important is the structure of the placement and layering of the fibers in the sub-panel. By creating a patented layer of fibers that are attached to the top and bottom fabrics at regular intervals, a minimal volume subcover is created with maximum thermal insulation. An essential feature of this composition is also to encourage the passage of vapour outwards to the X-Tex® membrane, which expels the vapour from the material to the outside environment. A secondary effect of the fibre composition is excellent durability. Even with long-term use, the suit does not develop cold spots (the material does not clump or collapse). The combination of high quality fibres and their placement means that the suit does not lose its properties even after many washing cycles. For most of the tested fibres and microfibres there is an average 30% loss of thermal insulation properties after 5 washing cycles. A 10% increase in insulating properties was measured for theFinnfill fibre. The material is also able to maintain a high insulating capacity when completely wet.
Surface and inner fabric
The surface material is a combination of abrasion-resistant and elastic fabric whose surface retains its slipperiness for easy donning of the outer suit. The inner layer of this fabric is made up of an X-Tex® membrane that allows vapour to escape from the inside and prevents moisture from entering the undersuit. The bottom fabric is a very warm, non-absorbent 50g fleece material. This layer is antibacterial treated and designed for direct skin contact. The breathable yet waterproof construction of the suit is patented.
Thermal insulation coefficient CloThe insulating capacity of the X-Tex Heavy Finnfill suit is compared to the international Clo scale - units that indicate the suit's actual insulating capacity, the X-Tex Heavy has a Clo value of 1.97.
CutThrough years of experience, the cut of the suit has earned maximum comfort of movement along with high garment variability. In the case of a non-conforming figure, the suit can be made to measure. The suit is equipped with ventilation holes in the armpits and on the left shoulder for easier air circulation. This ensures easy control of the amount of air in the suit and control of the exit velocity.
