Helmet lamp D-ONE, Drass

A compact and slim light module/lamp, supplied with a cable connector (Wetcon MCIL-2M), ready to be installed on top of the Drass D-ONE diving helmet.

It is the ideal accessory for a helmet-mounted camera. The maximum depth of use is 300 m. The base of the light is a new high power round LED cluster with 4 cool white LEDs, which delivers a total of 940 lumens at full power. The colour temperature is cool white (typically 5650 K).

The LED cluster is complemented by a circular optic with a narrow beam and 10° diagonal, which is capable of increasing the beam intensity by more than ten times, so it can illuminate even remote locations - typically 4000 lux at 1 m. The LED cluster is powered by an internal driver that can be powered directly from a 24 V DC continuous power supply for maximum output (typically 10 W), or with a dimmed power supply to allow the light intensity to be controlled from 0% to 100%. This is made possible by the driver's ability to be controlled using PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signals in CV (Constant Voltage) mode - contact Drass for details.

The light is made of black anodized aluminum and has very compact dimensions: length 143 mm, width 70 mm and height only 50 mm; in addition, the module body is curved to the right to perfectly align the diver's viewing angle when installed on the D-ONE. Each light has its own serial number and undergoes a full FAT test (functional test and pressure test at 47 bar) before delivery or installation on a helmet.
