By applying the product to very exposed areas (knees, elbows) you can protect them from increased abrasion. Bonds neoprene, latex, vinyl, even rubber. The blind is strong, flexible, and waterproof.Instructions. Degrease the glued area, roughen smooth surfaces with fine sandpaper. Brush an even layer of adhesive on both surfaces. When the glue is dry to the touch, press the two glued surfaces together and press firmly, for about 5 minutes. For edges, a little longer.
