Description
SEAM GRIP+WP is a polyurethane based adhesive for repairing lightweight stressed and membrane fabrics.
As the name implies, it is an adhesive particularly suitable for repairing leaky seams and joints or tears.
It has the lowest viscosity of the SEAM GRIP / AQUASURE group, forming a thin layer of PU rubber that is self-supporting, flexible and pliable. The adhesive is perfectly waterproof. It allows patchless bonding, butt bonding and also reconstruction of missing material in a 20mm diameter hole.
Instructions for use. COTOL 240 or COTOL 240 HV can be used as accelerator. At temperatures above 20 °C, a high relative humidity environment (90-100 %) greatly accelerates polymerization.
