The dive computer is waterproof to a depth of 100 meters, features a sapphire crystal and meets the US military standard MIL-STD-810. • After each workout, you can see how long you need to recover before you're ready for the next challenging exercise. This feature takes into account the intensity of the workout, as well as other factors such as stress, daily activity or sleep.
• The feature automatically evaluates recent workout history and performance indicators. The feature results in a report on whether you are training effectively, under-training or over-training.
• Training tips based on your fitness level and daily running recommendations based on your current training load and training status.
• The watch monitors and records your breathing during the day, while sleeping or during breathing exercises.
• The Body Battery feature tracks the balance between exercise and rest. This feature tells you how long it takes to recover after a workout or if you've had enough sleep.
• Record your daily fluid intake so you don't neglect hydration. When you set an automatic goal, the watch will also provide an estimated sweat loss and the goal will automatically adjust accordingly.

When paired with your phone, the watch can detect an accident and automatically or manually alert selected contacts using the automatic accident detection feature.
