• The watch monitors and records your breathing during the day, while sleeping or during breathing exercises.
• The Body Battery feature tracks the balance between exercise and rest. This feature tells you how long it takes to recover after a workout or if you've had enough sleep.
• Record your daily fluid intake so you don't neglect hydration. When you set an automatic goal, the watch will also provide an estimated sweat loss and the goal will automatically adjust accordingly.
